DCP82B is an 8 character by 2 lines 8×2 character LCD display. It is available in no backlight or with LED backlight options. This 8×2 LCD module is available in various LCD panel colors including gray, yellow/green and blue LCD options. DCP82B LCD module is built in with ST7066 controller (or equivalent). The ST7066U IC has different language fonts as options, there are English/Japanese, English/Western European, English/ Eastern European, English/Scandinavian European, English/Cyrillic (Russian), and Hebrew/Arabic
This display operates at 5.0V supply voltage, its compatible with arduino and other development boards.The DCP82B works with 4 bit or 8 bit parallel communication making this display perfect for different applications.
