This 16×2 character Chip-On-Glass (COG) LCD shows blue pixels on a amber background. This transflective STN positive LCD is visible with ambient light or a backlight. As a COG display, there’s no PCB and the controller/driver is directly bonded to the glass of the display. The Liquid Crystal Display offers a wide operating temperature range from -20 to 70 degrees Celsius. This DCP162W display with built-in NT7605 controller has a 6:00 optimal view, 4-bit/ 8-bit parallel interface, operates at 5.0V supply voltage and is RoHS compliant.
