DGX12832A is blue background with 128×32 monochrome white pixels(STN blue negative), built-in ST7920 controller with 8192 16×16 dots Chinese fonts and 126 16×8 dots half height alphanumerical fonts, high contrast, 6800 4-bit/8-bit parallel+3-wire serial SPI interface. The white LED backlight can be dimmed easily with a resistor or PWM. It’s operating temperature range is wide and it’s RoHs compliant.
